In contimation of my secret letter No.67

of 27th August, 1940, regarding attacks on Chinese

Junks, I have the honour to forward herewith copies

of three polies reports, with sacompanying statements,

on two attacks en junks carrying food to Hong Kong and

one attack on a fishing junk licensed in this Colony,

Copies of letters from Rear-Admiral Peters, Commodore

in Charge, Hong Kong, on one of these cases are also

enclosed.

Copies of this letter are being sent to

the Secretary of State for the Colonies, His Majesty'a

Embassies, Shanghai and Chungking, and the Commodore

in Charge, Hong Kong.
